Wanting to raise naturally

I have one brooder that has been sitting on her nest for about 3 weeks. I'm not sure if they are fertile.

I was hoping that my hen will raise them herself but we have had cold temperatures in the morning, but the days are warm (Southern California).

I'm worried that my hen may not sit on her nest to keep them warm after they hatch. So far she's showing a lot of instinct but still wondering if I should remove the chicks after they hatch.

Elsie is a midget white.
